Once accepted relevant fee must be paid within 14 days of acceptance. Thereafter, the annual subscription to be paid by the 1st March each year. The management committee may terminate membership whose subscription is unpaid on the 1st May in any year.
There are 3 levels of membership:
(A) Junior (under 21) POA
(B) Bowling Members £85
(C) Social £15
Bowling members (B) above, allows you and 1 non bowling partner. You may Bowl, sign in guests and have full voting rights at any general meeting.
Social members can use the Club facilities, sign in 2 guests and are allowed to vote for the Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer at any general meeting.
Non bowling partners may us the facilities of the club but have no voting rights.
All members shall behave in a manner conducive to the wellbeing of all members and guests and to hold the good name of the club in high regard at all times.
For all matches the club shirt (available to purchase from the club) and white/grey trousers/shorts (MEN).
Club shirt and white/grey trousers/crops/shorts or skirt (LADIES).
Club cardigans/waistcoats (available to purchase from the club) should be worn as part of the ladies section uniform.
Club jackets are available to buy from the club.
Regulation bowls shoes must be worn on the green.
Sandals are not permitted on our green.
FOR ROLL UPS: Dress is casual
Flitwick Club Stickers should be used for all club matches.
Tailored shorts may be worn, but no sleeveless shirts on the club premises.
Any club member inviting a guest, must sign in the visitors book (kept behind the bar). On payment of £1 entry fee that member shall be responsible for the guest, strictly adhering to the Rules and Bye Laws. The member should not leave the club premises before the guest.
